Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant / Delivery Driver / Inventory Specialist.
This hybrid position combines in-store sales, community outreach, delivery operations, and inventory management. If you enjoy connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and keeping things organized behind the scenes, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a dynamic and customer-first company.
Pay:
$20/hour baseline Tips = up to $21-25 per hour or more on average!
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide personalized product recommendations and education on cannabis strains, effects, and responsible use
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining full compliance with state and company regulations
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and compliance updates
- Deliver a 5-star service experience — ensuring every customer leaves happy
Delivery & Outreach
- Safely and efficiently complete deliveries using OnFleet or similar software
- Verify customer ID and order accuracy at each delivery
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly
- Maintain a clean, fully operational company vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Participate in local marketing efforts — distributing flyers, engaging with potential customers, and promoting store events and specials
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
Fulfillment
- Receive and verify online, mobile, and in-person orders
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all customer orders before fulfillment
- Package and organize orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring compliance with state labeling and product standards
- Work closely with management to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a state background check
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic proficiency with Google Sheets and POS systems
- Willingness to learn cannabis compliance standards and inventory protocols
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
