Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide personalized product recommendations and education on cannabis strains, effects, dosing, and responsible use
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining full compliance with state regulations
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and compliance updates
- Deliver 5-star service and ensure every customer leaves happy
- Accurately process customer payments (cash, card, and digital) using our POS system
- Prepare, package, and verify customer orders for in-store pickup and delivery
- Double-check orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards
- Label and store products in accordance with California state regulations
- Keep workstations, pickup counters, and storage areas clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low-stock items
- Communicate updates and collaborate with team members via internal messaging tools
- Assist customers and help resolve issues, or escalate concerns to management
- Support additional store locations as needed (reliable transportation required)
Street Marketing & Outreach
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in the community
- Engage with potential customers to share information about our products and services
- Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat visits and build long-term relationships
Delivery
- Use OnFleet software to manage and complete deliveries efficiently
- Verify customer ID and order accuracy at each delivery
- Safely handle cash and digital payments
- Maintain a clean, fully operational company vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to management promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a state-required background check
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
