TempExperts is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent for a premier residential construction company in Tierra Verde, FL. This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented construction professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in managing multiple subcontractors and working closely with general contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for residential construction projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and electrical work.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 10 subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
- Plan project timelines 2–4 weeks in advance, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, code compliance, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.
- Demonstrated experience supervising multiple subcontractors on-site.
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with general contractors on residential projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office preferred.
