Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve denied insurance claims through detailed appeals.
• Contact insurance carriers to determine reasons for denials and pursue resolution.
• Research, analyze, and document claim information accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and submit supporting documentation.
• Track appeal outcomes and maintain organized, up-to-date records.
