Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pinellas Park, FL, for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be in charge of overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves managing construction crews, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with governmental owners and inspectors to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure rehabilitation, lift station rehabilitation, and sanitary sewer construction
- Proficiency in storm sewer construction, water main constructions, and reclaimed water construction
- Skills in concrete construction, road building, and emergency water and sewer repair
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
