TempExperts is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to provide support to attorneys in estate planning and guardianship matters. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under attorney supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and utilize estate planning and guardianship software under attorney guidance.
- Support attorneys in probate and guardianship matters from start to finish.
- Maintain professionalism and provide timely, accurate work.
- Use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for documentation and case management.
Requirements/Education:
- Ability to learn estate planning and guardianship software and law under attorney supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Professional appearance, communication skills, and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
