TempExperts is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to provide support to attorneys in estate planning and guardianship matters. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and utilize estate planning and guardianship software under attorney guidance.
• Support attorneys in probate and guardianship matters from start to finish.
• Maintain professionalism and provide timely, accurate work.
• Use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for documentation and case management.

Requirements/Education:

• Ability to learn estate planning and guardianship software and law under attorney supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Professional appearance, communication skills, and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
