TempExperts is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support a busy legal practice handling commercial and real estate-related litigation matters in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently manage a caseload, handle court appearances, and deliver high-quality written work while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of litigation matters from initial filing through resolution and post-judgment actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise written work.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings, including second-chair trial support.
• Communicate case updates, strategy recommendations, and status reports to leadership and clients.
• Provide guidance to paralegal and support staff to maintain productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to court deadlines, client guidelines, and internal standards.

Requirements/Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably including commercial or real estate-related matters.
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• High level of organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal technology tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
