Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Develop litigation strategies and support case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings.
- Analyze construction contracts, project documentation, claims, and disputes.
- Handle construction defect matters and related litigation as applicable.
- Address bond, lien, and other construction-related legal issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys while taking initiative and increasing responsibility for assigned cases.
- Maintain high standards of legal writing, analytical reasoning, accuracy, and client service.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-8 years of attorney experience, with a minimum of 3 years of construction law experience.
- Demonstrated litigation experience and a strong understanding of construction-related legal matters.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling construction defect litigation.
- Familiarity with construction bonds, liens, and related disputes.
- Experience managing litigation matters and supporting cases through trial.
- A demonstrated commitment to developing specialized expertise in construction law.

Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
