What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at Teksky?
5–10 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, supporting cases from client intake through trial.
Strong knowledge of the civil litigation process, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and managing case files.
Experience with client communication, court filings, service of process, and maintaining litigation calendars and deadlines.
Prior trial preparation and trial support experience is required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Clio, Microsoft OneDrive, and PC-based systems.
Experience working in a paperless law office environment.
