Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, support equipment installations and upgrades, and work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and restore production operations efficiently.
- Inspect, calibrate, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Support equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Follow all workplace safety policies, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
