We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a growing legal team and develop a practice focused on real estate, tax, business, escrow, and estate planning matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of transactional real estate, business, tax, escrow, and estate planning matters.
- Assist with light litigation involving real estate and business-related disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Participate in client meetings and provide support on ongoing legal matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Support case management and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission or pending admission.
- Strong interest in real estate law, business law, tax matters, escrow, and estate planning.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
