Job Title: Process Technician (Injection Molding)
Location: Snow Hill, NC | Full-Time
We’re hiring a hands-on Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in mold setup, process troubleshooting, and improving production efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Set up molds and start injection molding machines
- Perform mold and material changes
- Troubleshoot processing issues to maintain part quality
- Monitor scrap, downtime, and production performance
- Adjust process parameters to improve efficiency and reduce defects
- Document and maintain molding process standards
- Support new tool trials and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with training operators when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of molding parameters and defect resolution
- Familiarity with resins and material handling/drying
- Ability to work independently and solve production issues
- Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
- Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift overtime as needed
Work Environment
- Indoor manufacturing facility
- Requires standing, lifting, and hands-on machine work
- Exposure to typical shop conditions (noise, equipment, materials)
