Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience in Real Estate and Business/Commercial Litigation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle real estate, business, and commercial litigation matters.
Manage cases efficiently from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
Build client relationships and actively participate in the local community.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State Bar License required.
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience required.
Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a timely manner.
Interest in developing a long-term practice in South Puget Sound.
