🚨 We’re Hiring: Steel Estimator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Steel Estimator in Turlock, CA. If you have strong experience in steel fabrication and enjoy working on multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and compliance, this could be a great fit.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Perform material take-offs and pre-construction analysis from drawings

• Prepare competitive estimates, proposals, and negotiate contracts

• Coordinate with engineers/architects and manage RFIs & submittals

• Support project managers with scope, budgeting, and resources

• Handle change orders and maintain accurate project documentation

• Manage subcontractor pricing and vendor relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of steel estimating experience

• Strong blueprint reading and knowledge of structural steel & ADA codes

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam

• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects

📋 Requirements:

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a drug screening

• Positive, solution-oriented mindset
