Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Support project planning, problem-solving, and field operations

Requirements:
- 10 years of construction experience, including multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
