Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in managing customer accounts and relationships
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and account performance to identify trends
- Prepare reports, insights, and presentations for internal and client meetings
- Coordinate with operations, product, finance, and marketing teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and provide administrative support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in furniture sales support, account management, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
