About the Role
A highly respected land development firm in the Bay Area is seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with strong skills in boundary resolution. This is a 100% office position — no field work required.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and field teams to ensure boundary determinations and survey deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee boundary analysis and survey calculations
- Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, recorded maps, legal descriptions & survey exhibits
- Review survey documents for accuracy and compliance
- Support coordination with project managers and field crews
- Maintain documentation and survey data quality standards
Required Qualifications
✅ Active California PLS license
✅ Strong boundary resolution experience
✅ 5 years of professional land surveying experience
✅ Office-based survey expertise (not field)
✅ Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
