Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Estimator to join our team on-site at our Nashua, NH location. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate budgets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, responding to client inquiries, and helping ensure financial efficiency throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proficient in metal stud framing and drywall estimating
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a construction estimator (required)
• Proven ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
• Strong understanding of metal stud framing systems, drywall assemblies, and related scopes of work
• Experience with OnCenter software (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in estimates
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
