This role offers hands-on experience handling Chancery, Bankruptcy, Superior and District Court litigation, AAA arbitrations, complex business transactions, and third-party closing opinion letters while working closely with an experienced partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
- Assist with arbitrations, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and corporate transactions.
- Prepare and review third-party closing opinion letters.
- Collaborate with clients, court personnel, and legal teams to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware Bar admission required.
- All experience levels are welcome to apply.
- Experience in bankruptcy, chancery, commercial litigation, arbitration, or closing opinion letters is preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
