Simon Hyde LLC is a growing Pennsylvania law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience who wants to build a successful legal career through meaningful client relationships, courtroom experience, and one-on-one mentorship.
Unlike many firms where new attorneys spend years reviewing documents or performing research behind the scenes, our associates work directly with clients, draft legal documents, appear in court, and develop practical legal skills from day one.

Responsibilities
- Meet directly with clients
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare correspondence and legal memoranda
- Attend hearings and court appearances
- Assist with litigation strategy and case preparation
- Manage client matters under attorney supervision
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout representation
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 0–3 years of legal experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while accepting mentorship and feedback
Preferred:
- Admission in additional jurisdictions (Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, or federal courts)
- Judicial clerkship experience
- Law review or moot court participation
- Experience with LEAP or other legal practice management software
