We are seeking a Multi-Domain & Joint Effects (MDJE) Integration Specialist to support the development and integration of Multi-Domain & Joint Effects (MDJE) capabilities within a complex multinational defence environment.
The role focuses on Joint Effects, Multi-Domain Operations, Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal Effects, military effects planning, capability development, requirements management, DOTMLPFI, and programme/project management.
Security Clearance: Active Secret-level security clearance required
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and integration of MDJE capability products across the full capability lifecycle.
- Provide analytical expertise in Multi-Domain and Joint Effects integration, particularly Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal Effects.
- Support military effects planning, Command & Control, and operational integration.
- Support the development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of capability and operational requirements.
- Contribute to DOTMLPFI development, coordination, and synchronization.
- Support MDJE-related programmes, projects, capability initiatives, and experimentation.
- Develop and review policies, doctrines, concepts, directives, and courses of action.
- Coordinate with senior military, civilian, technical, and multinational stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels.
- Prepare and support senior-level briefings, workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain programme and capability information and contribute to lessons learned and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautics, Operations Research, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the integration and synchronization of effects, particularly Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal Effects, at Joint or Strategic level within the last 12 years.
- Experience in J3/J5, military effects planning, Command & Control, Joint Headquarters, or equivalent environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience briefing senior leaders and decision-makers within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 2 years of programme/project management experience, preferably in military or defence capability development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a multinational military, defence, or international organization.
- Strong understanding of Multi-Domain Operations, Joint Effects, Effects Integration, Non-Kinetic Effects, DOTMLPFI, Requirements Management, and Interoperability.
