Mission Security Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Mission Security Specialist to support security planning, risk assessment, international travel and major event security operations.

Security Clearance: Active Secret-level security clearance required

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse travel and security information to identify high-risk destinations and locations.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits and site security surveys.
• Develop security plans, briefings and risk mitigation strategies for missions and events.
• Collect and analyse OSINT, security advisories and other security information.
• Provide security briefings to travellers, senior leadership and operational teams.
• Assess security and counterintelligence risks related to event participants.
• Coordinate security operations with local authorities, law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
• Provide on-site security support during major events, registrations and delegate activities.
• Prepare incident reports, after-action reports and lessons-learned documentation.
• Ensure security activities and documentation follow NATO security requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of security procedures and risk management practices.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in security administration, risk management, industrial security, criminology or related areas.
• 3 years of experience managing security for major events, VIPs, international travel or multinational operations.
• Experience with risk assessments, site surveys and security planning.
• Experience in OSINT, security intelligence and threat analysis.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills with senior leadership, law enforcement and security agencies.
• Recognized Risk Management or Security-related certification such as PMP, CRMP or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams and security databases.
• High proficiency in English; STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 or equivalent.
