Position: IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer

Location: 2550 Wasser Terrace, Herndon, VA, 20171

Duration: Long Term


Job Description:

  • 4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support
  • Hands-on experience supporting laptops, desktops, iOS & Android devices
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation
  • Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination
  • IT asset/stock management and monthly audits
  • ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices
