Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Center Engineer to support and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, racks, cabling, and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware.
- Perform server, network, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Manage rack layouts, cabling, and equipment installation.
- Perform hardware replacements and break/fix activities.
- Monitor equipment and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
- Support data center moves, adds, changes, and equipment decommissioning.
- Follow data center safety and security procedures.
- Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, and remote support teams.
Required Skills
- Experience with servers, switches, routers, and storage equipment.
- Knowledge of rack/stack, structured cabling, and fiber.
- Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware installation and replacement.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and during maintenance windows when required.
