We are seeking an experienced, well-connected and results-oriented Sales Consultant to expand Teceze’s presence in the United States. The successful consultant will identify new opportunities, establish senior-level relationships, develop qualified pipelines and secure profitable client contracts.
Role Summary
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business for Teceze within the United States. This is a commercially focused role suited to an experienced technology sales professional with an established network among CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, procurement leaders, IT directors, infrastructure leaders, managed-service providers and global system integrators.
The consultant will manage the sales process from market identification and initial engagement through opportunity qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiation and contract closure.
This role is primarily focused on acquiring new logos and generating profitable, sustainable revenue. The consultant will work closely with Teceze’s presales, solution architecture, service delivery, recruitment, procurement and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the United States.
- Generate qualified opportunities through personal networks, referrals, strategic partnerships, industry events, outbound engagement and account-based selling.
- Target mid-market and enterprise organizations requiring IT infrastructure, workplace, cloud, cybersecurity, staffing, field support or procurement services.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT directors, procurement managers, vendor-management leaders and other senior decision-makers.
- Open new enterprise accounts and position Teceze as a strategic global IT services partner.
- Develop opportunities with global system integrators, managed-service providers, technology manufacturers, cloud providers and channel partners.
- Identify clients requiring nationwide or international IT deployment and support capabilities.
Consultative Selling
- Understand each prospect’s business objectives, technical environment, service requirements, operational challenges and procurement priorities.
- Position relevant Teceze capabilities based on the client’s business and technology requirements.
- Conduct discovery meetings, capability presentations, workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Translate customer requirements into clear commercial and solution briefs for internal teams.
- Present compelling value propositions covering service quality, geographic coverage, delivery flexibility, cost optimization and risk reduction.
- Build business cases demonstrating measurable operational and financial value.
- Differentiate Teceze from competing service providers based on capabilities, coverage, pricing and delivery quality.
Pipeline and Account Management
- Build and maintain a healthy, measurable and qualified sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate opportunity information, activities, contacts, next steps, expected values and closure dates in the company’s CRM.
- Submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly sales forecasts.
- Develop account plans for strategic prospects and named accounts.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout long enterprise sales cycles.
- Coordinate executive sponsorship for strategic opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding Teceze services within newly acquired accounts.
- Support the transition of won accounts to the service-delivery and customer-success teams.
Proposal and Commercial Management
- Coordinate with Teceze’s presales, solution, finance and delivery teams to prepare proposals, statements of work, quotations and presentations.
- Ensure that proposed services are operationally deliverable and commercially viable.
- Participate in requests for information, requests for proposals and formal tender processes.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations with prospective clients.
- Protect the company’s targeted gross margin during pricing negotiations.
- Ensure that customer commitments are approved by authorized Teceze stakeholders.
- Support the completion of master service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders and other required commercial documentation.
- Ensure that signed contracts clearly define scope, pricing, service levels, payment terms and customer responsibilities.
Market Development
- Provide information about US market trends, competitor activity, customer demand and emerging opportunities.
- Recommend target industries, geographic markets, strategic accounts and service offerings.
- Represent Teceze at conferences, industry events, networking sessions and client meetings when agreed.
- Identify potential alliances with technology vendors, advisory firms and complementary service providers.
- Support the development of market-specific sales messages and campaigns.

Performance will be assessed using agreed measurements, which may include:
- Qualified pipeline generated
- Number and value of new opportunities

- Total Contract Value secured

- Gross profit generated
- Revenue invoiced and collected
- Proposal-to-contract conversion rate
- Sales-cycle duration

- Compliance with Teceze’s pricing and approval procedures
Specific quarterly and annual targets will be agreed before the commencement of the engagement.
Commission Structure
The consultant will be eligible for one of the following commission models for each approved opportunity:
Option 1: Gross-Profit Commission
The consultant will receive 20% of the gross profit actually generated and collected by Teceze from the qualifying contract.
Option 2: Total Contract Value Commission
The consultant will receive 5% of the eligible Total Contract Value of the qualifying contract.
Application of Commission Models
- The applicable model—20% of gross profit or 5% of eligible TCV—will be agreed in writing for each opportunity.
- The two commission models are alternatives and are not cumulative.
- Teceze will have final approval over the commission model before a proposal or commercial offer is submitted.
- Commission will apply only to opportunities registered by the consultant and formally accepted by Teceze.
- No commission will be payable on opportunities already active in Teceze’s pipeline unless expressly approved in writing.
- Unless otherwise agreed, commission will apply to the initial signed contract and not automatically to renewals, extensions or additional services.
Commission Payment Terms
- Commission is earned only after Teceze receives the corresponding payment from the customer.
- Commission will be calculated and paid proportionately against customer invoices collected by Teceze.
- Signing a contract, receiving a purchase order or issuing an invoice will not by itself trigger commission payment.
- Commission will normally be processed within 30 days after the relevant customer payment has cleared.
- No commission will be payable on overdue, disputed, cancelled, refunded, credited or uncollectible amounts.
- If Teceze refunds or credits an amount for which commission has already been paid, the corresponding commission may be deducted from future payments.
- The consultant must remain compliant with the agreement and applicable laws to receive commission.
- Commission statements and calculations prepared from Teceze’s financial records will govern, subject to the consultant’s right to raise a reasonable documented query.
