What You Will Do
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and benefit administration
• Ensure compliance across 401(k), welfare, and payroll programs
• Partner with HR and Finance to streamline systems and elevate the employee experience
• Build confidence across the organization through clarity, accuracy, and care
• Support onboarding and communication for new hires, including remote employees
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Expertise in UKG or similar payroll platforms
• Strong understanding of payroll and benefits laws across federal and state levels
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem-solving
