Join our client’s high-performing team and play a key role in optimizing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees across the organization.Why Work Here:• Opportunity to influence HR operations and lead key payroll and benefits initiatives• Join a collaborative, employee-focused environment that values accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement• Work in a professional office setting with long-term stability and growth opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:Payroll Administration• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll requests, payroll checks, and W-2 review and approval• Manage state-specific payroll reporting and maintain Unicap spreadsheets• Oversee expatriate tax processes to ensure accurate complianceBenefits Administration• Lead ACA administration, including updating and reviewing ACA forms prior to annual distribution• Take a central role in annual open enrollment, including system setup, vendor coordination, materials review, and employee support• Prepare and deliver annual open enrollment presentations• Maintain and update the monthly benefits spreadsheet• Oversee benefits vendor invoice processing, including reconciliation and accuracy checks• Lead benefits communications and assist employees with benefit-related inquiriesLeave & Compliance• Oversee leave of absence management to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements• Support Workers’ Compensation activities, including documentation and audit preparation• Manage and respond to audit requests related to payroll, benefits, and complianceFinancial & Administrative Support• Process and manage invoices related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation• Perform other duties as assignedMust-Have Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• 6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and compliance• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, payroll standards, and benefit administration• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
