Global hedge fund located in Greenwich, CT, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant with prior experience out of a top investment firm to support a Senior Executive.


Manage intricate calendar, arrange travel itineraries, organize schedules, devise memos and memorandum, arrange appointments, on/offsite meetings and events. Engage with dignitaries, and high-profile leaders in the investment community.


Must have a positive, loyal and ethical mindset, be well educated, and possess outstanding organizational skills.


Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur. Teams, Zoom.


Bachelors' degree required with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 . Stable and consistent work experience supporting Senior Leadership, required.


Base salary 125-150K plus generous bonus, benefits and perks.
