Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
- Coordinate domestic/international travel and occasional private aviation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Support quarterly tax documentation and expense reporting
- Organize meetings, events, and team logistics
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team
Requirements
- 2–5 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience (finance a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and stay ahead in a fast‑moving environment
