Our client is seeking a counsel-level attorney to join its Real Estate Department in the New York office.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years’ experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. A strong background in negotiating and closing deals across various asset classes—such as office, retail, and mixed-use properties—is essential.
Candidates should possess excellent transactional skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
