Customer Service Representative
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

P.C. Richard & Son is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support its Farmingdale team. This role involves handling a high volume of calls, assisting delivery and installation teams, coordinating with showrooms, and helping resolve customer and delivery-related issues.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and has strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or similar environments is a plus.
