- Communicate with customers in-person during face to face consultations.
- Utilize provided lead list to follow up with customers and potentially upsell services.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Stay up to date with all product knowledge related to the brands we're representing.
- Participate in daily training sessions with our team.
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, direct marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communications skills and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
