Contracts Administrator / Coordinator | Austin, TX

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of customer contracts and NDAs from initial intake through execution.
- Review contract drafts, incorporate redlines, maintain version control, and prepare summaries for Legal and Risk.
- Track contract status, deadlines, and approvals while ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project Management teams to support active projects.
- Assist with contract amendments, standard templates, lien and bond documentation, and other legal support tasks.
- Maintain reporting, document management systems, and contract records.
- Help develop internal processes and training materials to improve contract administration.
- Provide backup support for subcontract administration as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1-6 years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, legal support, or a similar role.
- Construction industry experience is highly preferred, though candidates with transferable contract administration experience will also be considered.
- Working knowledge of contract terminology, document control, and the contract lifecycle.
- Experience reviewing and managing redlines (negotiation experience is not required).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; experience with Adobe or AI productivity tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
