We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys and business teams with commercial real estate transactions, leasing matters, and corporate legal activities. The ideal candidate will have experience within a commercial real estate company, REIT, developer, owner/operator, or law firm with a significant real estate practice.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and maintain transaction-related documentation.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain legal files, contract records, lease databases, and critical date tracking systems.
- Coordinate the execution and administration of legal agreements and corporate documents.
- Assist with entity management, compliance filings, and organizational records.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and third-party service providers.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the legal department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- 2 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing, real estate transactions, and due diligence processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
