Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
New York, NY (Hybrid – 4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote)
About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading advisory and professional services firm, is seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior executives, including a member of the executive leadership team. This role sits at the center of a fast-paced, client-facing organization and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide dedicated support to two senior executives, managing complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring executives are thoroughly prepared with materials, agendas, and logistics
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute adjustments
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
Strategic Coordination
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners
- Track action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Support special projects, presentations, and firm initiatives as needed
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients, board members, investors, and other external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
- Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization to support efficient collaboration
Qualifications
- 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within professional services, consulting, communications, financial services, legal, or similarly client-driven organizations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, travel, and executive priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
