Our client, a leading creative firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Financial Analyst to support financial operations across a variety of high-end design projects. This role works closely with project managers and firm leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, requiring strong accounting knowledge, exceptional communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project Schedule of Values in Deltek/Ajera and Excel
• Support project managers with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Oversee project billing, invoicing, AR tracking, and cash receipts
• Conduct project audits and monitor contract compliance
• Track labor hours, consultant costs, and project financial performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely monthly billing
• Prepare monthly AR and cash receipt reports for leadership review
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of project accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or Ajera required
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of architectural/interior design billing phases and percent-complete methods preferred
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
