Staff Accountant

Core Responsibilities:

• Support cash accounting, cash receipt posting, reconciliations, and variance research.
• Assist with AP, AR, collections support, invoice review, approvals, and cash application follow-up.
• Prepare commission calculations, credit card reconciliations, accruals, tax support, and 1099 reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to investigate discrepancies, support audits, and improve accounting processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent hands-on accounting experience.
• 4 years of accounting experience with exposure to reconciliations, AP/AR, GL support, and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working within accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Navan, or CRM platforms.
• A curious, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
