I’m partnering with a top-tier real estate investment and development firm that is looking to add a Senior Project Accountant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, growth-oriented organization working on large-scale property and development projects.
Locations: Houston
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Compensation: $90K–$102K 10% bonus
What They’re Looking For:
• 3 years of public accounting or 4 years of professional accounting experience
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong foundation in GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own project-level accounting and financial reporting
• Partner with project managers, controllers, and internal teams
• Manage draws, funding requests, and lender/investor reporting
• Handle month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
