Core Responsibilities:
- Lead origination, structuring, and execution of large-scale data center and infrastructure transactions
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with hyperscalers and institutional capital partners
- Structure and close complex deals across long-term lease agreements, equity raises, and debt financing
- Drive commercial strategy while executing on capital markets initiatives end-to-end
What You’ll Bring:
- 10–20 years of experience in data centers, infrastructure, private equity, or investment banking
- Proven track record closing $500M transactions within data center or digital infrastructure sectors
- Established relationships with hyperscalers and/or institutional investors in the space
- Deep expertise in complex deal structuring, capital markets, and large-scale infrastructure agreements
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
