Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by delivering actionable financial analysis and recommendations.
- Own the General Ledger process.
- Manage the AP team and process for accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, audit support, coding accuracy
What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to streamline processes and leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
