As the Senior Manager of Administration, you’ll oversee core administrative, operational, and HR functions across the organization. You’ll manage vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, and ensure smooth office operations while partnering closely with leadership on key initiatives. This role will also take ownership of HR processes including compliance, performance management, and employee relations, while identifying opportunities to streamline systems and improve overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring 8 years of HR and administrative experience within a fast-paced, mid-sized environment. You’ll have a proven track record of managing business operations, leading vendor and contract negotiations, and overseeing HR functions with a high level of discretion. Prior experience managing staff, along with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, will be key to success in this role.
