Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity across all financial reporting.
- Manage and improve the month-end and quarterly close process to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and apply technical GAAP guidance to complex transactions and reporting matters.
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen accounting processes, controls, and system enhancements.
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and team development as the function scales.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA and public accounting background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading close processes and reviewing financial reporting.
- Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to interpret and implement new guidance.
- Proven ability to mentor others, communicate effectively, and operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
