A healthcare network in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed medical professional to join one of its urgent care medical practices in Northern New Jersey. This role involves providing walk-in urgent care services in a high-volume clinical setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6 months
- Hours: 11am to 9pm (Mon to Thurs); 11am to 10pm (Fri & Sat); and, 11am to 7pm (Sundays)
- Setting: Urgent Care
Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care evaluations and treatment for walk-in patients across a broad range of acute conditions
- Perform laceration repair and suturing procedures as needed
- Manage an average daily patient volume of approximately 40 patients
- Collaborate with onsite clinical support staff, including a CMA and practice manager
- Deliver consistent single-provider coverage during scheduled shifts
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey medical license.
- DEA registration
- Experience as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in an Urgent Care or similar clinical setting
Salary : $105 - $110
