This one-day assignment focuses on assessing functional capacity, documenting findings, and supporting fit-for-duty determinations.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Wednesday, October 21st
- Hours: 7am to 6pm
- Setting: Occupational Health Event
Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Performance Exams, including assessment of functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling capacity
- Review range of motion, strength, and endurance to identify any medical limitations or restrictions
- Conduct focused physical exams and health screenings, including vitals, medical history review, and general assessment as needed
- Provide medical clearance determinations and fit-for-duty evaluations based on clinical findings and physical demand requirements
- Document evaluations accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner while collaborating with onsite clinical and operational teams
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Ability to make clinical clearance decisions and assess functional capacity for job-specific tasks
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening setting
- Availability to commit to the full shift
