License Required: Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 total compensation (base bonuses)
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Typically $5,000 – $10,000 annually based on retention, service quality, and account growth
- Experienced Representatives: Higher earning potential based on tenure and performance
Compensation includes base salary performance bonuses (this is a service-focused role with limited sales expectations).

Responsibilities
- Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 P&C License
- 2 years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred
