Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Total Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 (base commission bonuses)
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
- Commission:
- Entry-Level: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
- Experienced Agents: $20,000 annually
- Top Performers: $75,000 earning potential

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and virtual communication
- Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Close new business and manage policy updates
- Cross-sell and upsell within existing client base
- Handle inbound leads from internet and live transfer sources
- Collaborate with customer service and leadership teams
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (required)
- 2 years of P&C insurance sales experience or Allstate Insurance Sales experience is preferred
- Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and able to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently
