Job Description
Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Location: On-site or Work from Home | Supporting Royal Palm Beach & Jupiter, FL Offices
License Required: Florida 220 Property & Casualty License or 4-40 License
Experience: 2 years as a P&C Insurance Agent (Allstate experience preferred but not required)

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 total compensation (base commission)
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (based on experience)
- Entry-Level (2 years experience): Typically earn an additional $10,000 – $20,000 in commission in the first year
- Experienced Producers: Can earn $20,000 in commission annually based on performance
- Top Performers: Opportunity to exceed $75,000 with strong production
Compensation is a combination of base salary uncapped commission performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person contact
- Educate clients on insurance options, recommend suitable coverage levels, and guide them through policy purchases or updates
- Cross-sell and upsell within our existing client base
- Process and service leads from internet and live transfer sources
- Work as part of a collaborative team; communicate regularly with leadership, customer service, and sales support
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is required.
- Prior insurance experience, preferably in P&C (Allstate or equivalent environment preferred)
- Proven track record (or strong potential) for sales and client retention
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self motivated, driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Comfortable working with technology, leads, and CRM tools
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
