Insurance Sales and Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proven Insurance Sales and Service Representative specializing in property and casualty insurance. This role involves engaging with inbound leads, following up to convert prospects into satisfied clients, and providing exceptional service to policyholders. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales producer capable of selling 50-80 policies per month, with a focus on delivering quality coverage and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads related to property and casualty insurance products, ensuring timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve a high volume of policy sales, typically between 50-80 policies per month.
• Provide expert advice and personalized insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts and utilize provided leads to grow the client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, policy changes, and service requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a high-level sales producer within the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to sell a high volume of policies (50-80 per month).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to follow-up and client engagement.
• Ability to work effectively with inbound leads, following up diligently to convert prospects into clients.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles within the insurance sector is preferred.
