Key Responsibilities
- Expert Quoting: Lead and oversee the quoting process for P&C lines (Auto, Home, Commercial) by mastering carrier portals and multi-quote systems.
- Training & Mentorship: Train new team members on technical processes, internal system usage, and industry underwriting guidelines.
- System Management: Optimize the use of the Agency Management System (AMS) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Bilingual Technical Support: Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with insurance carriers and clients, mastering technical terminology in both languages.
- Quality Control: Review the accuracy of quotes and processes performed by the support team to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- License: Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Florida Independent Agencies (P&C focus).
- Language: Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) with the ability to write and communicate technically in both.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Florida carrier portals and underwriting guidelines (e.g., Progressive, Citizens, etc.).
- Leadership: Proven ability or strong desire to teach, document processes, and lead technical teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (commensurate with technical expertise and training capabilities).
- Work Flexibility: Hybrid (Delray Beach office / Virtual) or 100% Virtual options available, depending on team training requirements.
