Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls, emails, and chats; providing accurate and detailed information about insurance policies; and handling customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sandy Springs, GA, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients through empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the insurance or service-related industry, is a plus
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
