Role Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls, emails, and chats; providing accurate and detailed information about insurance policies; and handling customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sandy Springs, GA, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
